About Elaine Buchanan

Elaine Buchanan is a London based self-taught fine artist who also holds a BA in Art & Design. She has been drawing since the age of seven, and her passion for art has continued to grow ever since. Over the years, she has explored a range of mediums, including graphite, acrylic, oil paint, and pyrography.

Most of Elaine’s work is based upon expression and this is shown through the portraits she creates, and as well as the landscape pieces she creates with clients.

Elaine has now expanded her work by creating guided art sessions, offering a space where people can learn, relax, and enjoy themselves without pressure. Participants leave with artwork they may never have believed they could create.

She has created a calm and welcoming environment that encourages creativity, patience, and social connection while keeping the experience fun and enjoyable.
