Arts Wellbeing Sessions

Wellbeing Sessions and Staff Away Days

We lead arts sessions directly focused on wellbeing. These can be in-person or online.

In these sessions, we do life and still life drawing, using painting and collage as an activity that brings communal joy, nurtures self-esteem and connection and collaboration.

Our practitioners are disability confident and trained to work with participants with a range of disabilities and additional needs.

These sessions are a great non-invasive way to encourage socialisation and foster community, and work really well for staff away days too.

Please enquire on our contact page for a bespoke package, or request a callback.

Why Wellbeing is vital:

Poor mental wellbeing costs employers in the UK an estimated £42 billion to £45 billion annually through presenteeism, sickness absence and staff turnover

It is scientifically proven that there is a positive return on investment of around £5 for every £1 invested in mental health interventions in the workplace.

One in five workers feel lonely at work on a typical working day. Almost a quarter of  workers agree that feeling lonely at work has affected their mental health. 25 million people in the UK reported feeling lonely occasionally, sometimes, often or always - which is a shocking statistic.

At Bluprinta, we want to change that.

Get in touch with the friendly team and we will create a bespoke package that nurtures and respects your staff through our creative sessions. We reply within 24-48 hours.
